Shipping timelines depend on carriers, customs, and local conditions. We do not guarantee delivery dates, scan frequency, or outcomes. Any guidance is provided based on information available at the time.
3. User responsibilities
- Provide accurate information (tracking code, destination, and issue details).
- Do not submit sensitive data that is not needed (passwords, full card numbers, etc.).
- Comply with applicable laws and carrier policies.
4. Intellectual property
The website content, design, and branding belong to SShipping Logistics LLC or its licensors. You may not copy or reuse it without permission.
5. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from shipping delays, loss, carrier actions, or third-party services. Our role is support and coordination guidance.
